Object: The present terms and conditions govern the sale of works of art (paintings, drawings) on the website samuelperche.com. By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions without reservation.
Products : The works offered are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may exist between the images and the actual works.
Price : Prices are quoted in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes. Delivery costs are specified when the order is placed.
Order : To place an order, the customer must purchase as a guest. The order is validated once payment has been accepted.
Paiement : Les paiements sont effectués via des plateformes sécurisées. Les moyens de paiement acceptés sont les cartes bancaires et les virements.
Delivery : Artwork is delivered to the address indicated at the time of ordering. Delivery times vary according to the country and carrier selected.
Right of withdrawal : In accordance with the law, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of the work to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your decision or pay any penalties.
Refund : In the event of retraction, reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned artwork. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Responsability : The seller cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage resulting from the purchase or use of the works.
Disputes : These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred before any legal recourse.
